Continuity of Service

We are monitoring guidance from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other public health organizations and have moved to a remote model of working and have restricted travel for our team members. We have taken steps to ensure continuity in service and product delivery. Our secure remote working practices are enabling our staff to communicate and collaborate with you regardless of location, while preserving our existing security and operational controls.

For Managed Services Customers

It is business as usual. We will continue to serve those of you who rely on us to help manage your security programs. We continue to have a distributed team in place, and have strengthened those efforts, to provide you with the round-the-clock coverage you expect while continuing to protect the confidentiality of your data.

For Professional Services Customers

Even while limiting travel and operating remotely, we will continue to deliver the services you need. The majority of our professional services engagements are already being delivered remotely – with high quality and efficacy, driving excellent customer satisfaction ratings – through teleconferencing, virtual imaging, and remote access tools. If there is any change to an engagement, we will contact you directly to discuss options. Getting Support and Staying Up To Date

As always, our customer support team is here to help. We have a globally distributed support organization and have taken steps to strengthen our customer support capabilities.
