Rescue Dispatch Management System could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by improper access control in the http://localhost/rdms/admin/?page=system_info endpoint. By changing the administrator’s password, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to take over the administrator’s account
