Mastodon could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by not using the server s representative account in the undo_mark_statuses_as_sensitive method in app/services/approve_appeal_service.rb. By sending a specially-crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain moderator identity information, and use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.
