Max Secure Anti Virus Plus is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by the lack of validating SystemBuffer in the library MaxProctetor64.sys of the IoControlCode Handler component. By sending a specially crafted request, a local authenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service condition.
