Samsung Mobile devices could allow a local authenticated attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by OnOemServiceMode in libsec-ril. By executing a specially crafted application, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause an out-of-bounds read.
