Telegram Explorer is available through pip, so, just use pip install in order to fully install TeX.
pip install TelegramExplorerTo upgrade TeX to the latest version, just use pip install upgrade command.
pip install --upgrade TelegramExplorerhttps://telegramexplorer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
